Jan's Yoga Studio is open every week on Wednesday and Thursday nights as well as Saturday mornings.
The class style is predominantly Satyananda Yoga.
We start with understanding the philosophy of yoga, then we'll go into stretches and postures, we cover balance work, breathing techniques, relaxation and finish with meditation.
In Jan's class, you are taught to work at your own pace, you are given stages to a posture and are encouraged to only do the stage that feels right for you.
We work with all different needs within the body, whether you suffer from back and hip problems, asthma or allergies, stress and pregnancy.
It doesn't matter if you're a beginner (we love beginners!) our have some experience with yoga (good for you!), we welcome everyone so come along and try a class.
