Jan has been teaching yoga classes for over 30 years and is a qualified yoga teacher.
Her qualifications were completed through the IYTA (International Yoga Teacher Association), additional training for her 2nd Level Teachers was completed at the Satyananda Yoga Teachers Association.
Jan has travelled to India many times visiting countless yoga centres to deepen her understanding of the true essence of yoga.
